Who is leader - my first vision
I don't have a clear vision about what a leader should do and how. I don't know, who is the leader in terminology, but I want to record my first vision about this role. Two years ago I committed a post about the differences between commander and leader . I had little experience and I felt I needed leader, who I could follow. Now, I want to be a leader and I will try to define this role for me. Generally A leader is not a person, who give you task. In my opinion leader is a person, who you want to follow. Someone, which give you energy to complete his and your goals. Someone, who give you clear vision of future. He share his goal in that way that you want to deliver it for your common advantage. Someone, who always help you or organize this help. Yep, he is hero in your team. A iconic figure for team members. When I think about it, everyone can be leader.
