Goal of this blog

This is a time, when I should think about my year goal. Previous year was covered by facilition topic. I had a dream 3 years ago. I wanted to be the best leader for team in any case I can do it. I can be developer, scrum master, agile couch, PO, leader. Now, I have a time to learn about it. I finished a lot of goals realted to programming and now I want to achieve something else.

I don't have plan yet. I don't know how I will achieve it. Maybe some training, maybe tons of books. This blog will my diary for this topic. I want to have place, where I can check my progress and verify how I think now and how I will think about it later.
