Who is leader - my first vision
I don't have a clear vision about what a leader should do and how. I don't know, who is the leader in terminology, but I want to record my first vision about this role. Two years ago I committed a post about the differences between commander and leader. I had little experience and I felt I needed leader, who I could follow. Now, I want to be a leader and I will try to define this role for me.
Generally
A leader is not a person, who give you task. In my opinion leader is a person, who you want to follow. Someone, which give you energy to complete his and your goals. Someone, who give you clear vision of future. He share his goal in that way that you want to deliver it for your common advantage. Someone, who always help you or organize this help. Yep, he is hero in your team. A iconic figure for team members.
When I think about it, everyone can be leader. Junior, Senior, Director and employee. Even a life partner. This is great information for me, because I don't have to change my job position to became leader.
Additionally, He doesn't have to be louder than others, well-known or an extrovert. He can be you. You can be leader.
Others role, which fit to leader
Motivator
The main skill for leader should be motivating. Motivated people have more energy and provide an adjustment solution, when unmotivated people deliver something, which let them finish their work. Motivated people are happy, not toxic and will recommend their job for others. It will increse number of people, who want to follow you.
Dreamer/Visionary
It is hard to motivate people without clear vision and goal. When your vision and goal sound like delivers something questionable, it will get even harder. The dreamer can be able to think about a better future during the wrong time. He organizes work to step by step increase efficiency and quality. He have energy, which can be shared with others. When a leader doesn't see the advantages of his goal, it can be worse than having a leader. That's why I think he should be a dreamer.
Good listener
How to help people, when you don't know what they need and what they think? This question answers why listening is important for leader.

Nowadays, when I start journey, where I will discover leader role, I don't have more to write, but I know I will extend this topic in future.
